Deputy Director, City of Houston Controller's Office

Madeleine oversees the administrative functions of the Controller's Office in the City of Houston, including Human Resources, Budget, and Physical Plant, and works with the contracts section and Open Records. Previously she served as Senior Council Aide to Council Member Emeritus Eleanor Tinsley for 16 years. In addition to her Scenic Houston affiliation, she serves on the Boards of Houston Achievement Place and Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism, and is a past president of Jewish Family Service and former chair of Scenic America.
