Olga L. Moya

Professor of Law, South Texas College of Law

Olga has been teaching law for the past 16 years, with a concentration on United States and International Environmental Law. She also teaches courses on administrative and property law, and has published a book, Federal Environmental Law: The User's Guide (with Fono), 2nd Edition, 2001. She has served as a U.S. Delegate to the United Nations Conference on the Environment for the Caribbean and Latin America and has taught summer abroad courses in Malta, Mexico, Ireland and Brazil.

Prior to joining the Scenic Houston Board of Directors, Olga served on Mayor Brown's Hispanic Advisory Council, the Houston Hispanic Bar Association, the Harris County Metropolitan Transit Authority, the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System Foundation and the Houston Chapter of the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
