Bob Randolph

Until January of 2002, Bob was a partner in the law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP. He retired after 37 years of practice, primarily specializing in the fields of municipal finance, urban development, redevelopment, land use and environmental law. Many who know him would say that Bob has far from retired! He continues to make an impact on Houston’s communities through state and local legislation and a personal commitment to improved redevelopment and revitalization.

Bob serves on the boards of the Main Street Coalition, South Main Center Association, Trees for Houston and Advocates for Housing. Bob was born in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas with an engineering degree in 1960 and a law degree in 1962.
