A native Houstonian and graduate of Lamar High School, Ashley has a BS in Economics from Washington & Lee University in Virginia. She returned to Houston post-graduation to begin her real estate lending career as a Commercial Mortgage Underwriter for Banc One. She spent 5 years with Wachovia Securities in Houston originating mortgage loans, and from 2004 through 2006 she worked in the construction lending group at KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Her current focus at Regions is on structured finance and permanent loan placement for commercial real estate.

Ashley is the Treasurer of the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and is a Vice Chairman on the Breeders Greeters Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She is also a member of The Junior League of Houston, Inc. and is Past President and current Treasurer for the Houston Alumni Association for Washington & Lee University.
