Managing Director, Capital Realm LLC

In addition to his position at Capital Realm, Michael is Director of Sparks Financial Group; in both roles, he develops and finances high-end retail and condominium projects. He originates commercial real estate loans not only in Houston but nationwide and in Western Europe as well.

A native Houstonian, Michael attended the University of Houston. Before founding his company, he spent two years living and working in the south of France. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Urban Land Institute and Rice Design Alliance.
