Damon has more than a decade of experience in strategic outreach and real estate development in Houston. In the political arena, he has served as a political consultant, District Director for State Rep. Garnet Coleman, and later Chief of Staff for Houston City Council Member Peter Brown. In the economic development arena, Damon was the founding Executive Director of the Greater Southeast Management District and is a partner in developing the 39-unit garden home community Oasis Intown. Damon currently serves as and remains a passionate advocate on issues of planning and public policy.
